My ex wants to get back together after a almost two year break up. We haven’t seen or talked to each during the time. We also had a bad break up. I was in a relationship with someone part of the time and she had a year long fwb situation and dealt with some other guy for a month or so. She told me she met both on Tinder. I do feel some type of way because a year is a long time to be fwb and to say you didn’t have any feelings for him is kind of odd. I feel like she only says this to not make herself look bad because she knew he wouldn’t go any further with her. She says she hasn’t done anything with him since last year but how would I know things are over between them if i she only “blocked” him from contacting her? I do care about her but being looked as a second option or “safe choice” will void that when it comes to going any further with her just out of respect for myself. How would I know I’m not something to “fall back on”?
