Those is the US, I need your help..

It's very difficult getting TMAU/Malodor medical attention in Africa.. no testing, or medicine or suppliments, or work that can support. I'd like to help people from developing countries, because I understand.

I worked hard and came to the US. I was only granted a one month visa. I'd like to seek a friendly doctor, seek any opportunities that can help, for health and better life. The university don't research, can they look at me? I'd like to seek maybe training for online work, or anything.. I request assistance of the Rare disease/TMAU family in the US.
