What books have been helpful/healing to you? (and pathetic haiku)

What books have been helpful/educational in learning about BPD in parents? I read some helpful books when I first realized I had been verbally/emotionally abused by my parents. (Toxic Parents. Controlling People.) I don’t think it was until later that I has therapists telling me my mother most likely had BPD.
Also, what books have you found healing in your journey in coping with this?
I’m having to interact with my mother quite a bit right now. And I’m wanting to understand more what I am dealing with and what I can do about it.
