Hi everyone! I don't know about y'all but my internal voice is extremely judgemental and self sabotaging. I am over this so I am starting a month long challenge to hopefully change my habits and would love if you would join me.
Here's the premise: anytime that inner voice says something judgemental or awful I am going to counter it and be compassionate to myself. I am also going to start taking time to myself daily to do something for me. Be that mediation, tea time, journaling, or just watching cartoons. I deserve self love and so do you. I need to be as supportive of myself as I am to everyone else. As RuPaul says "If you don't love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?"
