How to deal with metamour relationships?

Post Body

My partner is dating someone outside of our relationship which I am fine with, but the relationship is on the rocks and it has indirectly affected me as this metamour was my friend and my partner had me involved with their conflicts. My partner wants kitchen-table polyamory, which I was on board for, but I cannot ignore the emotional strain that comes with all this. It has me second-guessing my partner’s emotional intelligence as I see all the red flags present in her outside relationship. It gets even harder when she starts gushing over her metamour when I dont like their relationship. Has anyone ever felt this way? How do you deal with this? Is polyamory still right for me?
