Hi all! I'm hoping to get a discussion thread going of people who have cohabbed with more than one partner (or a whole polycule!) & how y'all managed certain things, /especially/ if it is a configuration where not everyone is dating everyone else. (A vee, for instance.)

How did/do you decide on chore assignments? How did/do you hold each other accountable to those? What were/are other considerations when discussing division of labor?

How did/do you talk about things like money & space & shared belongings?

How did/do you manage interpersonal conflict? How did/do you keep small things from turning into big things?

Did/do you have household meetings regularly? What did/do those look like? If kids were/are involved, did/do they participate? Was/is there a structure for those meetings?

Get into the nitty gritty; as much detail as you're willing to share! I want to know how others do it. :)
