One of the more intimidating aspects about just starting out is trying to find information to navigate this new world that comes with no compass or map.
The focus of the bulk of wisdom and advice given by those further down the path are typically stories with warnings. āThings I wish Iād have known starting outā posts. Weāve all read them. Which is truly a benevolent gesture by those who have had the experiences.
Suddenly itās just occuring meā¦ the experiences being shared around, the easily accessible articles/podcasts/etc. can be frightening to newbies struggling to understand and find footing in their new world.If they only find the cautionary tales, it can cause WAY more emotional distress than needed in the beginning. Iām sure most of us here know that as well. So Iām sure that many new to the life would love to hear some Positive Poly stories! Which, for some, may be for the first time ever. So letās hear āem!
