Given the post yesterday with almost 2 hundred comments discussing one bad actor was nuked by a mod yet there's not a single mod post discussing any part of it it's clear the 4 mods here have no intention of participating in any sort of meaningful way.

You mean the post where a user calling another user a "street whore" was posted for mod attention got mod attention, and that attention was to... delete the post? With zero public communication?
