I (26F) broke up with my GF about a month & a half ago over differences in the model of relationship we wanted. Things got unfortunately messy post-breakup, but that's not super the point here.
I guess I just miss being with a woman. Frequently it's specifically missing her. Sometimes it's just missing having a GF in general, if that makes sense. I currently have two M partners, & I love them both DEEPLY, but do sometimes feel like I'm missing something. Being with a woman is just so different. Sending lesbian memes or period memes. Griping about periods or what pregnancy did to us or the general trials of being a vagina-owner. (I know this wouldn't be the case if I dated a trans woman. Trans women are women. I'm just stating the specific things I miss, not trying to make comments on gender identity.) Rolling our eyes at our men & their shenanigans. Girl sex! Buying her flowers & dancing with her in the kitchen. How soft women are. Playing with her hair. I just miss it, but don't yet feel ready to put my heart out there again.
There's not really a point to this, just thinking a lot about it lately. Anyone else feeling this way?
