Husband (46) and I (53) are celebrating our 24th anniversary Saturday and have been planning an nice meal out to celebrate.
We're in a poly double V relationship.
Husbands BF - (phil, not real name) lives with us and my BF (jack, not real name) lives close enough by that he's here most weekends. It works for us and I cant tell you how nice it is to live in harmony with people who care so deeply about each other.
So my story, I was telling my bestie, who I dated for a bit years ago, that hubby & I were planning an night out to celebrate our anniversary. I mentioned in passing that I had to find a restaurant all four of us would enjoy.
bestie says "ya know, I've known and been been around a lot of poly folks and you two are the only ones i know who would invite your boyfriends to your anniversary dinner"
His statement cracked me up and made me feel absolutely wonderful! This happened last week and I just needed to share it with all you beautiful people!
