Solo Poly and Joining Cule - Dynamics

Hey, been solo poly for a lonnnng time, very independent and tend to be on the parallel poly side of things. Recently had a three-way with a gf and her bf. Things feel like they could go someplace if I would stop being so cautious and avoidant. Also, they are very "couple-y", so all of my unicorn instincts are kicking in. Any advice welcome.
