Dealing with rejection in poly relationships
Post Body
Hey y’all,
I was just wondering if y’all had any advise or words of wisdom concerning dealing with rejection from potential secondary partners. Meaning, how do you decompress and deal with these emotions? Do you work it out with your primary partners?
I know rejection in itself is a shitty thing to deal with in general, and although I still feel secure and valued in my primary relationship, but it feels like a secret pain I have to hide
Any thoughts?
