I've been actively poly about 6 years. My husband who is my NP is a fairly introverted guy. He struggles with insecurities sometimes, but poly has really challenged him to grow.

I recently started dating a new guy who is very sweet and talkative. I went to his place for a date and he had a bunch of freshly picked habanero peppers from his garden. I told him my husband loves those, and he sent me home with a bunch for him. My husband loved it and was a little jealous of his garden success. Later that week my boyfriend made a pepper sauce out of what was left and he sent me home with a small sample for my husband last night.

My husband tried it today and sent me a message saying "your boyfriend is awesome"

I'm so excited that although they haven't even met yet, they are already doing nice buddy-type stuff and making each other happy.
