So for y'all in 4+ partner relationships how?

Like my first question is how do you manage your time with each partner?
and my second is how do you devolope the dyads?
Do you ever merge with prexisting partnerships if so what happens if one of them wants to leave who joined from one of the partnerships?
and how do you keep out jealousy or try to minimize it?
also do you ever just have your partners marry so you can have insurance benifts?
how do you know when to stop looking for more partners if that ever does happen?
