So I’m kind of new to this not only Reddit but also this poly- however it’s named. Today I have been asked the question if I would like to get into a quad relationship. Basically I(Male) got asked by my close friends a couple male and female if I would like to start a quad with me and another friend of theirs a female who are already in a trio with together. They explained to me that they would like to try this kind of relationship because they want a new experience of sorts at first I said yes they also all agreed to it but I also told them that I would need some time to think about it they clarified me about how it would be like for example my friend the male told me we would exchange in the intimate stuff like at one point I would have his girlfriend at another point the other girl and I honestly got exited because I have heard about this kind of relationships but never thought about being in one. We also talked about how we would finance stuff and treat our self’s equally and that there could be no jealousy of sorts because it would just lead to it falling apart. Me personally I have never been a jealous person I always let my girlfriend go out with friend or stuff or text other guys but letting her have more intimate stuff with another guy would never have worked for me. The other thing about this is that I would have the chance of getting together with the other girl but also being able to have something with his girlfriend the idea behind it all fascinates me and honestly it does sound great for me. What I’m asking for is if anyone has any advice on what I should be preparing for and maybe even some benefits and if you’ve got any other questions I’m free to answer them.
