Feeling a little sad

Just got back from a long weekend away with my partner. My partner is wonderful. They are now back home with their nesting partner (who is also wonderful). I am sad and having a hard time. Iām trying to snuggle my pups extra hard and remind myself that Iām not alone and I just happen to be by myself right now. Any tips for emotionally managing this would be appreciated.š
