So I’m sitting next to this cute guy on a flight from Ireland back to the US. We both live stateside, and I found out that he doesn’t live that far away from me, just over an hour by car. We’re literally 4hrs into an 8.5hr long flight. We had a great conversation for the first solid 2.5 hrs of the flight. He’s a pilot, who dives, swims with manatees, is super well traveled, all the sexy things! Problem is that, well, hubby and kiddo are sitting in the seats right in front of us! He knows this, as I’ve been intermittently chatting with them as well, and going on about our trip to visit my in laws for a couple hrs now.

So he gets up to use the restroom, and my husband turns to me and says that it seems like our conversation is going really well and I should get his digits. Ummm, this dude doesn’t know I’m in an open marriage! Doing that could completely weird him out. But damn like, he is cute and I’d like to have the chance to contact him again. He hangs out in my city all the time. Besides that, I seem much older than him (he can’t be out of his mid 30s, and I’m a youngish 47). Other than that, I can’t see much wrong with at least making an attempt at this. He’s napping now, and there’s 4 hrs left of this flight. So what do I do guys? How do I get the digits or contact info? preferably without the whole open marriage explanation as we’re on a crowded flight and my kiddo is sitting in the front of us.
