just to recapitulate, what are the things that are and aren’t okay to share with metas? i had a panic attack and called partner a bunch of times (this is allowed, but they were in a place w no cell service, and only saw it the next day) meta saw them distraught this morning, and hinge shared the issue. i feel uncomfortable and kinda violated. am i in the right? please tell me if further context is needed. edit: by issue i mean me having a panic attack and calling a bunch of times, hence why they were distraught.
