I'm the hinge in my polycule. We're pretty kitchen table style and are currently planning some group outings.
How do others navigate making sure no one feels left out or neglected?
I'm thinking it might be a good idea to schedule one on one time and plan ahead who I spend the night with. Also making sure NP doesn't feel like they're default child care, just because I know this could be an issue.
Any other tips?
I'll be honest I'm not a great hinge and I'm actively trying to do better. My partners get along well but I know when the three of us hang out NP often feels neglected. There is certainly differences in how I am in each relationship and it causes some strong feelings for NP.
