Please share your successful stories about polycules building something meaningful together?

In need of inspiration, please share your story and challenges.
My NP and I (44m 40f) we have a project for the next years. We want to buy a piece of land and live sustainably. We're both dating other people, but not with any realistic potential to join in this project. It doesn't mean we don't value them but there's an inherent sense that our other relationships are just temporary, until we make our move away from the bigger metropolitan area where we curently live.
For context we're in southern Europe..
