Why is it so hard to find a person to date

Im 40 married guy, in a open/poly relationship for over 3 years, so barely new and its been so hard to actually find someone to date, that would like to take things slow and consistent, i not looking gorgeous a ons or hookup i actually need a connection to be physical with the person.
Where could i find search or find a woman/ lady to talk to ect
