Post Body

I see a lot of posts here from people requesting advice in difficult situations. I’m happy to advise, myself, in the comments and provide my life experience, but I also know enough to know I’m not trained and only have my own life experiences to draw from which are limited, so I have been typically prefacing my comments especially regarding marital issues to seek couples counseling and in some cases individual therapy also. I’m surprised I haven’t seen more of that in the comments, I’m kind of curious what other people here think of counseling and therapy? For myself and my wife, we would not have been able to work through our issues in a healthy way without both.
