My partner and I recently opened up our relationship. She has been on a few dates and she found someone she is interested in getting physical with and possibly having sex with. I was hoping if anyone had any tips to try and get through it as her partner. I can be a pretty anxious person and opening up has brought forth a lot of icky feelings that we/I are working through such as comparisons and self-worth and abandonment.
