Hi! My boyfriend (M30) and I (F30) are new to NM (we tried it a few years ago but it went wrong and I feel I didn't learn anything). We recently opened our relationship again.

He's having something casual with a friend (F25) we have. The problem is once they had sex, my self esteem has gone incredibly down. I hate my body (I'm so skinny) and I tend to compare myself to our friend. Sometimes, when I am in the same room with this friend I find myself looking at her body and comparing hers to mine (always losing). Also, I feel now very insecure about having sex with my bf. And I feel old, I find myself worried about aging...

How can I cope with this? Have you ever been in this situation? Can you give me advise?
