New to non monogamy and relationships in general, any seasoned people willing to give guidance ?
So I’ve been seeing this (31M) guy for about six months now and he’s poly. Now I (24F) have never really been in a RELATIONSHIP before, and I’ve always had these preconceived notions about how people can feel and show love. I realize, through him, that it is extremely possible to genuinely love and connect to multiple people at the same time. I love being with him and I want to show up more in the relationship and understand exactly how polyamory works. He’s also recently met another girl who he really likes and wants to build his bond with her as well. Any ground rules that you guys have found works ? How do understand polyamorous love better? He also would like us to meet at some point, how do I build a relationship with his partners while managing my own feelings ? Hearing about you guys experiences and stories would help too. Much love !
