How do you figure out what questions really need to be asked when you have so much chatter in the skull? How do you figure out which doors need to be opened to get to the root of an issue? I’m still new to poly so there’s still a lot that I’m unpacking and clearing out as far as my own shadows but I’m finding it to be a really drowning feeling when I can’t decipher between what’s a problem now and what’s only a problem because of past things. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Doing the mental work entirely solo is rough without direction.
