Hi, I (32F) am working through loneliness. I haven't had a date in over 2 years now. My NP is in 3 other relationships, but it's when they're gone on a date that it really sets in. I don't have anyone to talk to. I'm from a rural Bible belt community and the people I do know who are polyamorous are just up for the occasional fwb. Any other vanilla friends that I had fell out of my life back in 2020 when I started school while working full-time from home and becoming a full-time caregiver for my 2 small kids. At this point I've become a recluse out of necessity, a lack of time, and my own introvertedness. I've tried making friends online but thanks to AuDHD, if they don't keep in contact with me, I will forget they exist. I just don't know what to do. I'm tired and sad. I talk to my NP about how I feel but they don't really know how to help and I don't know how they can either.
