Context: So there's this woman I've worked alongside. Haven't worked with her in like 3 years. She is mid to late 20s, and I'm 30. She was in a relationship with a guy who left her after giving her two kids. That was about 2 years ago. I haven't talked to another woman in years and feel so out of place talking to someone new. I've been in two back to back long term relationships and am super rusty at this. Need advice on how to approach her about my interest in her.
