How to overcome different emotions in a relationship
Post Body

Hi Everyone, im 25f from Melbourne, Australia. I am currently in a polyamorous relationship with my partner of 2.5yrs. Im needing advice with the feelings im having, due to covid and just life my partner and I haven't been able to "date" other people (we have both meet other people but it didn't go anyway) and recently my partner has started to go on quite a few dates with one person in particular and talking to a few people. I understand that I'm allowed to have multiple different feelings about this, but im struggling with the feeling of jealous and the sense of security. Is this normally? How can I overcome these feels? Thank you in advance for your help 😊
