How to talk constructively and avoid abusive language
Post Body

Does anyone have recommendations on books or sites that might help? My partner has acted in certain ways in our relationship and u need to be able to talk about it without reverting to abusive speech but it seems like everything has some level of it according to the website I've seen. I can't say you haven't done X because that's blaming. I can't say we agreed upon X but you haven't been showing up. I want to do this right but I'm not sure I know how to form my words constructively. These abusive language websites make me think I haven't had a non abusive conversation in my life.
