Long Distance Advice?

Iām moving out of state to finish my degree in a few months, and want to know if anyone has any advice for doing long distance in a poly relationship. For example, Iām wondering if we should even do long distance at all, and if we do, how do we avoid jealousy? How do we keep our relationship thriving in a situation where we would only see each other at most once a month?
