Is it considered O.K. generally for a wife to set a hard limit on the lower age her husband can date?
Post Body

My wife and I are total newbies and figuring this all out, so please be kind. We've been on one double date and a couple solo dates, haven't gotten physical with anyone yet. She has certain boundaries for herself concerning who she dates: guy must be a certain height, can't be fat, must be 35 or preferably older, etc. She is 40 and I am a 46 year old male. Like most women she gets way more hits on her profile, nothing new there. I get a few though and sometimes I get women in the their late 20s, I'm talking 26 to 29. Some are married with kids, not naive young inexperienced people. But my wife says thats way too young for me and she won't have it, even when they are liking my profile first, I'm not seeking them out. It seems unfair to just cut out a whole demographic of people, especially since she herself dated someone in their 40s when she was 29. But maybe I'm looking at this all wrong. Can anyone give guidance here? I date over my age too BTW.
