Hey everyone:)
I'm starting writing as a way to process any tricky thoughts or feelings and so I'm more accountable for myself and thought it would be helpful to start with a list of positive thoughts to keep me on track when I'm having a hard day.
I was just wondering if anyone had any favourite go to mantras for when you need to get yourself out of your own head and find your happy place again
So far I have:
It is safe to communicate what I need from someone. I don't have to be my partners therapist or try to fix their problems. My partner having more joy in their life is a positive thing, and doesn't detract from our relationship.
I'm having a slow brain day so hoping for some more inspiration 😅
