I'm having difficulty getting physical with new people

I've been experiencing an amazing poly dynamic for a few months now and I have two partners. One of my partners is REALLY good at just letting loose and just getting physical/sexual/touchy with people and I'm envious. I want to get to her level and just let loose, but I feel like I have this mental barricade that prevents me to get physical with new people.

Anyone experiencing something like this? I want to get better at sexting, getting physical with new people and just get loosey goosey. I want to connect with people seamlessly, like my partner.
