Hey all,
I'm a 26-year-old guy and have bad social anxiety and as a result, go into this panic mode. I usually get overwhelmed whenever I have to go through social events (Meeting with a friend, having to talk to a coworker(s), or having some sort of presentation. Usually results in me shaking physically, my voice shaking, and not being able to form a clear thought. I feel like I've been making progress. Sometimes I can feel normal, but it's rare these days. I'm currently on Prozac, but not sure if it's helping very much. I will continue it though. That is all; just need to put out my thoughts. I don't really have anyone to talk to about this. I haven't told my family. I hope I will have some courage to seek some therapy in the near future. Finally got my first "real" job and moved out of my house, so feeling good about that.
Have any of you made progress lately?
