I’m panicking, have been since 9 AM. It’s 11:30 AM now, and it’s not gotten much better. Been dealing with this for almost a decade, so I’m not new to this, but figured I’d ask and see if anyone has tips, or anything that helps them.
Even just a mindset thing, or something to tell myself other than “this too shall pass,” because it doesn’t. It doesn’t always pass.
