so basically i had an event that sent me into a high level of anxiety this past month. and i have trouble getting calm again, because my heart rate has been elevated to the point of me feeling my heartbeat very often. Now when im NOT stressed and i don’t feel my heartbeat it causes me to kind of panic and think my heart rate is too low. I guess if i think back to before my high stress, i never really felt my heartbeat unless i worked out. But i’ve gotten so used to feeling it that not feeling it feels very strange. I hope i get used to it bc it’s literally a cycle of my body not being stressed and then me sending myself back into that stress bc im stressed ab my heart. has anyone else gone thru this ?
