so i’ve had SEVERE panic attacks for a couple months now, every single time i leave my house as well as sometimes when im at home but feel trapped for whatever reason. i have a lot of the usual physical effects, pulse shoots up, hyperventilating, dizziness, nausea, shakiness, but one of the biggest ones for me is that my hands, chest, face, legs, the severity of the attack determines how much, go numb and tingly and stuff- i’m assuming cause blood rushes away? anyways, this happens so often but people always think it’s odd when i mention it so im just curious if any of you experience this in every panic attack?
