Anxiety while sick

I have pretty bad health anxiety w/ my PAD.
I’m sick right now and nothing could be worse. My heart rate won’t stay down, and I’m cold and shakey. I’m hyper fixating on my heart rate and temperature and I just know I’m gonna wake up in a severe panic attack.
Any comfort or advice would be wonderful <3
