I dont have an offical start weight but I'm around 330 lbs 5'9. I decided last night while at work to throw the second half of my pizza and start OMAD. That was at 1845 and today at 1845 i ate some delicious sushi, a bacon and raisin salad, some string cheese, and a few pepperoni also one sinful diet coke. I feel good and honestly the fasting wasn't hard.
I went to the store and bought some stuff for the week. Gonna focus on getting plenty of water again tomorrow and have some delicious salmon. Along with other things. Im optimistic and feel good!

Thank you so much for encouragement! I really love the appeal in that its not a diet, more of just a lifestyle change. And hell im gonna save money! Whats the downside?!? Sure ill miss the occasional hungover macdonalds breakfast binge but my health and longevity means much more to me at this point.
