I'm on day 7 of OMAD.
I'm 5'9, 226 pounds.
I usually eat 1500-1600 calories at around 6 or 7 PM.
It's now 3:30 AM, I'm starving, and have a headache.
Can somebody encourage me so I don't go for the 150 cal gatorade in the fridge and the potato chips in the pantry?
I'm getting depressed and the prospect of instant gratification is clouding my desire for a thinner future.
