So I posted a while ago about my first Omad- well, I’ve kept it up since then, and I’ve finally escaped the 117-120 range I’ve been stuck in! Depending on what I eat and how much water I get in, I’m 113-116 now and I’m hoping to drop it to 109-112 during this month! I’ve been stuck for three years (since having my daughter) and now I’m finally on my way back to my pre pregnancy weight range! (104-107).
