What time should I workout?

How can i sustain long term OMAD (1 yr minimum) with working out? Can i still build muscle? How intense should my workouts be?
Am I supposed to feel this tired? I think Iām doing something wrong here. Iām too tired for my workouts and even just throughout the day in general, Iām sleepy. I usually have coffee in the morning then eat at 2pm , a low carb high protein meal usually 1000 calories. Iām 5ā3 23F. My workouts are rigorous. Any OMAD lovers have any pointers for me?
