What time should I workout?

How can i sustain long term OMAD (1 yr minimum) with working out? Can i still build muscle? How intense should my workouts be?

Am I supposed to feel this tired? I think Iā€™m doing something wrong here. Iā€™m too tired for my workouts and even just throughout the day in general, Iā€™m sleepy. I usually have coffee in the morning then eat at 2pm , a low carb high protein meal usually 1000 calories. Iā€™m 5ā€™3 23F. My workouts are rigorous. Any OMAD lovers have any pointers for me?
