I started OMAD last week, I did a dexa scan before and after.
Starting weight: 225lbs Body Fat Perfentage: 30.6
End weight: 218lbs Body Fat Percentage: 28.1
6 lbs of fat loss 1 lb of water loss
Diet: 3 eggs, 200g of protein (turkey, chicken), carbs (same as what my whole family is having for dinner), protein shake with some fruits and supplements. (2 shots of vodka at some point of the feeding)
Takes me about 1 full hour to eat.
20K steps per day.
Just wanted to share my progress and let everyone know it really does work. Week1 is over and after seeing the results, my motivation is so high!
If anyone has suggestions on other improvements I can make please let me know!
