Im doing OMAD for 12days and I count my calories consumed everyday. I limit myself to 1000 calories/day (i usually eat 1 cup of rice steamed chicken breast or fish; and generally avoid oily foods and sweets). I also drink protein shake to make sure my daily macros. Usually I eat within 1 hour period and then fast for 23 hours
So far, so good. Im doing well physically but ofc sometimes i feel so hungry. 12 days in I lose 5kg and my parents are worried.
Is there any cons on what i am doing?
