I'm literally starting OMAD tomorrow. And while I'm a little scared of failing and giving in to hunger pangs early in the day or late at night, the idea of a fast is not new to me. I have years of experience doing intermittent fasting. I still do it to this day, but not as dilligent as before when I did it for 3 years with no fail.
Any tips and tricks you can share in terms of dealing with temptations to snack or even how to eat my entire caloric allowance in 1 hour?
