I'm thinking of OMAD for simplicity, but I do not intend to fast. What should I know before I begin?

I have done intermittent fasting before so I'm used to it. Now 60kg and happy with my weight, looking to maintain it.
I just like the idea of OMAD, also cuts down on delivery fees for food, not having to keep portions in the fridge etc. Various logistical considerations.
Can I just eat a large meal a day and supplant it with fruits/bread (I would probably still eat a light breakfast, which for me is usually the above)
