You're 100% correct. It's scary and worrisome they feel emboldened to do even this.. but everything is already stacked in their favor, with them steadily taking liberties

She obviously didn't resist arrest, so they're going to throw on something like "child endangerment" or "neglect" for creating a situation where she's unable to care for her daughter, or some bullshit law from the 1700's
