Are incline press (at 30 degrees) and fly redundant for chest if you can only spare limited amout of time every morning?
Post Body

I have 30 minutes including breaks every morning, and I am 5'6'' (mostly doing this for toned body and dieting).

I did decline sit ups with 40lb weight, shoulder press with 50lb dumbbells, pull ups, deadlift with 100lb weight, incline press (30 degrees) with 50lb dumbbells, and lateral raise while laying down sideways with a 20lb dumbbell.

After that, I had no energy to do fly. But don't I train chest with incline press already? Do I have to do fly to stimulate the chest?

I heard some people saying incline press is good for all chest areas especially the upper chest. I heard some people saying that incline press is good for upper chest but not good for the other chest areas.
