How to stop being dependent on caffeine to workout
Post Body

I have been taking pre workout about as long as I can remember. It was never a problem in college and working remote when I could workout around 11am and allow it to wear off but recently I’ve been forced to move my workouts to around 6pm and taking 300mg of caffeine this late would destroy my sleep. I know a good amount of it is in my head because I’m at the point where I really don’t even feel that much from the pre, but I am noticeably weaker without it and just don’t feel like I have that “edge” when I workout without it.
